We offer standard curbside delivery and premium White Glove delivery, which includes room-of-choice placement and full assembly. Shipping times typically range from 5 to 14 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for furniture?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply to large furniture items, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
Yes, Furniture City partners with several financing providers to offer flexible monthly payment options. You can apply for financing directly at checkout to see if you qualify for 0% APR or low-interest plans.
Does my furniture come with a warranty?
All our furniture includes a standard 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. We also offer extended protection plans for accidental stains, rips, or hardware damage at an additional cost.
Can I track the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. For large freight deliveries, our local delivery partner will contact you 24-48 hours in advance to schedule a specific delivery window.
Is assembly required for the furniture I purchase?
Assembly requirements vary by product. Items like sofas often come fully assembled, while bed frames and dining tables may require some setup. Detailed instructions and tools are included in every box unless White Glove service is selected.
